Booking, payment and terms 

 

Booking 

 

Booking is only possible for a cottage that is free at the requested time. After making a reservation the customer will recieve a booking confirmation that includes the amount of payment in advance and the confirmation of the reservation. 

 

The reservation will be confirmed after the amount of payment in advance (approx. 25 % of the total cost of the accomodiation) has been paid by the due date. 

 

We reserve the right for canceling the resesrvation if the pre payment has not been paid by the due date. However, if the reservation is done later than 6 weeks before your stay we will not charge pre payment. In that case the full payment of the accomondiation is to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the reservation.

Terms of booking

 

In ordering, booking and canceling reservations of accomondiation services following terms are compulsory for both parties, the reservator and us, after the reservation is made;

 

- The person responcible of the booking must have reached the age of majorty (the age of 18).

- The booking fee of 15 euros will be charged.  

 

 

The payment of the accomondiation and the booking fees 

 

The payment(s) of the accomondiation is paid to our bank account.

Canceling the reservation 

 

The canceling of the booking must always be done by writing to us. If the reservation is canceled 28 days before the arrival day of the reservation the booking fee and the total cost of accomondiation is returned to the reservator. However, a fee of canceling that is 10% of the total cost of accomondiation. If the resevation is canceled later than 28 days before the start of the arrival day the total cost of the accomondiation is charged. 

 

The cancelment is viewed as effective at moment the written cancelment arrives to us. However, if the reservation is canceled due to sudden illness, accident or death of either the reservator or the next of kin the charges will be returned except for the possible pre payment (of 25 %). 

 

The cancelation of the reservation must be done immediately as such need occurs and befrore the arrival day of reservation. A doctor's certificate or other reliable document must be delivered within 14 days of the cancelation of the causes.

 

However if the customer changes the dates of the reservation it will be considered as cancelment of the earlier reservation and as a totally new reservation.

 

 

Our rights to cancel the reservation

 

 

If there is a overpowering circumstance beyond the control of the parties in other words a force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case the total charge of the accomondiation will be returned to the customer. 

 

If the payments considering the accomondiation are not paid by due date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

 

 

Handing out the keys

 

The keys will be handed out against the receipts of the payments. The key of the cottage will be handed out at latest 1 day before the arrival day of the accomondiation or the hand-out date and time (for example your arrival date and time) agreed with the owner of the cottage.

 

 

 

Your Stay at The Selected Accomondiation 

 

The cottage will be in the customers use from the arrival day at 16.00 hours untill the 12.00 hours of the departure day. 

 

The total cost of the accomondiation includes linen, basic diner sets, heating and lighting. 

 

However, the customer is expected to bring their own linen, towels and the the customer is in responce of the cleaning the cottage before departure if otherwise has not been agreed upon with us. 

 

 

Smoking

 

Smoking is not allowed in our selection of accomondiation.

 

 

Cleaning Before The Departure

 

 

If the cleaning before departure has not been done properly the owner reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of the amount informed.

 

From so on the possible issue of unproper cleaning will be dealt directly with the owner or the caretaker of the cottage.  

 

 

Case of Breakage or Other Damage

 

The reservator is obligated to compensate the caused damages directly to the owner of the cottage.

 

 

Case disruption or danger

 

A case of cancelment will come to question if the customer(s) will not, regardless of the warning given by the owner or us, stop causing distruption or danger to other customers. In that case us or our representative has a right dissolve reservation immediately.

 

 

Number Of Persons and Pets 

 

The cottage must not be used by larger numer of persons than informated in the introdution of the cottage. Using tents and mobile homes in the cottages owners property is not allowed with out the permit of the owner.

 

Bringing pets to the selected accomondiation is possible if we are notifyed and the the owner has allowed the pets in their cottage. You are obligated to collect the waste of your pets from the yards of the cottage. 

 

 

Complaints

 

All complaints an notifications considering the equipment and condition of the cottage should be adressed directly to the owner or the caretaker of the cottage immediately and during your stay.
